To start the day fresh, we recommend the stimulating "alkaline awakening" of the hands and feet in the morning.

Furthermore, deposits under the nails can be easily removed with the hand and nail brush. This reduces the risk of discoloration or a fungal attack on the nail.

Dry and wet brushing. Very strong, dark bristles (high quality wild boar bristles from the traditional Chungking brand, first cut). Local beech wood (plywood) dipped in wax.
